At Over All Ring, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: To process a return or replacement, you must provide clear video proof of the unboxing at the time the package is opened.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@overallring.com with your order details. If your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and post it to your account.
